The Siskiyou County Planning Commission is currently deliberating the issuance of Use Permit UP-11-18 for Eagle Peak Rock & Paving Inc./Kiewit Infrastructure West to operate a permanent asphalt plant near the community of Edgewood.
This website was developed by concerned citizens as a repository for information about the project, as well as a means of disseminating information to the community regarding the inadequacies of the Initial Study, Mitigated Negative Declaration, and Mitigation & Monitoring Report.
